With the help of GNWT warehouse staff CFS is involved in recycling the e-waste in Yellowknife and in 2008 we also got rewards from City hall for recycling e-waste

Minister of Industry Celebrates Major Milestone in the Computers for Schools Program,
Ottawa, Ontario,
April 26, 2010

The Honourable Tony Clement, Minister of Industry, celebrated the one millionth computer delivery by the Computers for Schools program at the York Street Public School in Ottawa. Computer for Schools provides children with access to technology by donating computers to classrooms across Canada.

Since 2004 CFS-NWT has delivered over 4000 refurbished computers and other equipment to the schools and non profit organizations in following communities in North:
